gnewcs/sierra...

The spacers just added a bunch of harshness that was annoying as hell to me on the 1-2 upshift, but I do have the billet apply servos. I never use Tow/Haul anymore as I forgot to get the line pressures changed back to normal regular uses. Barking 2nd isn't good at low throttle, I can do it at WOT at ~5700rpms...

Do you have any tuning done?

I would STRONGLY recommend pulling at least one washer out of the accumulator. If you have 2 washers in there, then your 1-2 shift has to be pretty damn stout. If it is, then that will break stuff .. trust me, I had an $1800 tranny go for that very reason.

Everytime it makes a hard shift it slams the **** out of those planetaries and everything else. It puts an insane amount of stress on the input shaft, output shaft, and differential. It would be similar to beating the **** out of parts with a ball pien hammer.

As for the servos .. get both. If you have slippage on a 2-3 shift, the servos aren't gonna do anything for that.

Yup, I'd think that may be due to TqMgt still in there. Buy take heed to the overly hard shifts at very low throttle...it's bad. You can take Flyers word and 01 Thunders too...

Yes go ahead and get both billet servos, they are excellent. One's for the 1-2 shift and the other for the 3-4. Both serve different purposes.

gnewcs/sierra... you still have the stock stall converter?

See below. Billets are a PITA to swap in for some reason...well the Y-pipe is in the way and the area to work in is VERY tight. Ask Mudz5.3 about his adventure! If you gots gorilla hands like I do, this is a very difficult process. Just how they go in is odd. I'd recommend paying someone $45-90 to install them for ya to avoid the headache.

Well stall is going to effect your shift feeling. A high stall converter will soften your shifts up. Once you get a stall, post up here or PM/IM/email me and I'll point out what ya need to do to get the feel back.

But that billet intermediate servo is really going to wake up the 1-2 upshift and the 3-2 downshift.

Did you install your own TransGo?
