Default trans go without deleting torque management

Hello, I am new to the forum, I have a 2002 ecsb z71 5.3 auto. My question is, What will the results be if I install a transgo shift kit without deleting some or all of torque management? I have had mixed opinions from Transgo's techline, and some of their distributors. I would like to have better shifts, however I am not planning on any adjustments to torque management at this time. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

It feels like something is pulling on the back of the truck, it's weird.

It feels like a snappy shift followed by the truck falling on its face and PCM asking the transmission WTF was that. It all happens really fast. I can see with my scan tool the ignition advance make a sharp V to 0deg at the shift. But even still I can bark the tires every now and again.

Oh, and welcome to the forum. Modding your truck is addictive. You’ve been warned. And I see that this was your first post, now would be a good time to say good bye to your wife/girlfriend before the addiction sets in.
