Default transfer case Q

I found a transfer case and front ds out of an 04 escalade with the lq9 and 4l65e and was wondering if someone could tell me if it was the same one that was used in the 03-05 ss trucks. I know some are the Borg warner which had an open type diff that used abs to control front to rear torque bias and the ss used a nvg-149 which has a set of viscous clutches in it for a 62/38 torque split but I cant remember what years were what!
