Sweeet, me and a buddy got it in from 7am to 2pm with lunch in there, a new computer installed and reset and all the tools put away and cleaned up. We didn't get the video with the install and still went fine. Hardest part was getting that damn pan off, I hate that freaking shift linkage bracken now and those damn torx head bolts too!!

I got one washer installed, .082 size holes for the shifts and the corvette servo in. At first I thought it was a little more crisp for my liking, but by buddy tole me to suck it up and drive it for a little before I go changing that.....so crisp now though, it's great!

Yea I bet it shifts hard with 1 washer. I am very happy the way mine shifts with none I will add 1 washer when I do my TT2600 as the stall will soften the shifts. Good Luck and enjoy

I just installed my B&M shift improver kit....It's on the street/strip replaced some springs with some spacers, and drilled a couple holes in the seperator plate. It doesnt shift as hard as I would like it too, but it definitely shifts faster and harder than before. I have a vette servo waiting to go in, but I didn't feel like messing with it after spending 6 hours on the the shift kit (damn drain plug head stripped out, and we had to make 4 damn trips to the auto parts store.) Also my truck is lowered 4/6 so we had to prop it up on 4 jack stands.

At WOT from a standing start, it barely barks the tires granted I have a 4.8 I love it in tow/haul.....damn near break your neck. Is it safe to drive in tow/haul with the shift kit installed?

AGRIEF::Was the servo that hard to put in? Was you cat converter in the way? How long did that part take? DId you have to replace the fluid or just top it off?

No, I had Allen (nelsonperformance) remove it before I put it in. With the posi I can get em going, but not as much as I like with this 4.8 and 3.42's. I need more uumph. We'll see, I may drop out the one spacer later, not sure. I wanna drive around with it for a while.

No, it wasn't bad at all. Worst part was getting taht damn retaining clip out so I could pull the cover off. Not bad at all though, 30-45 minutes, and that's cuz I'm slow and did all the band checks. I had already drained the fluid at this point, so I didn't loose any more than I had already drained.
