You can talk to me if one of your girlfriend(S) has a bmw that breaks; how about that!!

Sure, lemme know...I'll be happy to help. BMW is a VERY nice ride. One of my pals has an '02 328i 4 door. I keep tellin' him to get an M3 w/ that SMG tranny.

You've got it about the feed holes, just ever so slightly larger...if need be.

HP ones on stock stall - ~.082 1-2; ~.093 2-3; ~.082 3-4
HP ones on high stall - ~.120 1-2; ~.097-.100 2-3; ~.120 3-4

I'm unsure if with the Yank stalls the feed holes will need opening. It's a pretty tame stall compared to a smaller diameter PI. We'll see once Mudz or I get it installed.

Yes you can install it with your setup and yes I'd get one. It increases 4th gear holding of the band by ~50%! 4th is super weak in these trannies. Just pop the cover, pull the lil E-clip, the small spring should come off, then the 4th apply servo. Install is reverse of removal.

Because the billet is machined and is not mass produced like the vette servo.

Exactly, the stock OD servo and 'Vette ones are EVERYWHERE. Used billets pop up on occasion. Keep an eye out for them. It's a good upgrade for performance and even better for some towing.
