Transmission blew up yesterday, need some advice

I'd sell the core for 250 plus shipping. That's a few bucks less then most places cores from what I can tell. I could get it fixed and sell it, but I have no idea how much it's going to need. The tranny basically lost 3rd and 4th gear while towing. I think it's a simple fix with some clutches and other basic rebuild stuff. But I'm not an expert on the inner workings of a 4L60E.

Please show where the L65 has only a 12 month warranty. AFAIK it is 3Y/36K.
