Mine stayed up about 190-200 0going by the Denali cluster gauge. If I was pulling a trailer it might have gotten a little above 200 on a HOT day.

mine stays between 150-200 depending. pulling my car, it comes up closer to 200 and just drinving around its around 16-175, but i do have a trans cooler. im sure that makes a difference.

Do some of you have deep pans? I've seen a few of the newer trucks with deeper pans (I don't know if they came stock that way). Also, if you have the towing package you have a cooler also which helps drop temps some.
Also, I see you're in Texas, I know you said it was 88, but the ambient temps help draw the trans temp up even more. I'm sure when it was 105 yesterday that it ran a little hotter than normal.
My Allison runs hot in the summer, even with a cooler. It's close to 200*.
