yes sir, they pull a trailer that is a mobile smog machine! they set up on the side of the road and randomly pull cars in to be tested. You drive your car up onto the trailer for the test. Dont we have murderers and druggies to chase??!! What a great use of taxpayer money. i got pulled in a few years ago but it was no biggie in my wifes truck. On the bright side you get a free smog check!
