tuning with edit
ok did a little tuning with edit yesterday, down loaded the hpp3 program from the pcm and then used edit to tweek it alittle bit. I took out torque management, firmed up the shift points, and WHOA MAN DOES THIS THING FLY. no more falling on its face after shifting. have the shifting set for two diffrent modes one being around town driving not real hard shifts, except for first because of the shift kit and servo, but nice smooth shifts. then the other is performance shifting. At 3/4 or more the line pressure to the trans is up'ed .F rom a 25 drop i can get both tires to bark shifting into second, and i only have an open differential. , 3rd feels outstanding when shifting into it a 88 miles an hour. played all the way to work this morning, also set the speed limiter to 150mph. cant wait to get out to the track to test.

Re: tuning with edit
SEAT OF THE PANTS FEEL YES, IT DOES NOT FALL DOWN AFTER A SHIFT KEEPS PULLING . VERY IMPRESSIVE WITH WHAT LITTLE I HAVE CHANGED, IM PRETTY SURE MY LTRIMS ARE WAY UP THERE, AND MY A/F IS AT 14.7 WHICH PROBABLY NEEDS TO COME DOWN A BIT, EXSPECIALLY WITH THE HEADERS. BUT, I WILL BE GOING TO JAYSON AT (damn just now looked at the screen and realized i was typing in all caps again, sorry, im not retyping this it would take me to long about as long as it took me to type this exsplanation(sp),lol)MTI and have him tune and dyno, also my shifts are way better. check out the "PERFORMANCE SHIFTS" vid on my imagestation account, They are really loud and hard.
