Question Tuning And Factory Waranty

Does tuning a truck void the factory waranty?
Just wondering cant really get any definate answers from techs.

in short, yes... but they have to prove thats what made a part fail. they can just void and its your job to get a lawyer and fight it. which could cost more than fixing your truck :o

Uh, can they even "see" a tune?
It's going to boil down to what kind of relationship you have with your dealer. I have had significant warrenty work done... and my dealership knows very well what I have done to my truck.
Performance costs, if your worried then leave it stock, otherwise mod like crazy and don't look back

it leaves a time stamp, most would never bother to look.. some dealers care other dont and will replace a engine with a maggie sit'in on top
