Default Turbo guys how are you launching?

So how are you guys lanching? My 60' seems slow to me, I just floor it off the line no brake stalling or anything. First time to the track with the turbo installed my best run was
60' 2.206
330' 5.854
1/8 8.58
mph 82.25
1/4 13.71
mph 100.47

I still have some tuning to do, so hopefully the times will drop. Any tips will be appreciated.

That time don't seem all that bad to me. With that stall, I think you should be able to build a couple pounds of boost.

I tried to brake stall to build some boost, but the tires were trying to spin.

Not spinning initially, but spins near the top of first gear( about 3000 rpm). Tires are goodyear ls 275/55 r20.

What I do is heat the tires up good. Then to see how the track is hooking, I stall the engine up till the tires brake loose. Then I will stage the truck, bring the rpms up to 100rpm lower than than the breaking point. Ease into the second stage bull will holding the rpms steady. When the middle yellow bulb goes out, I let off the brake completely then stomp it to the floor. If I get any spin off the line. I will vary my rpms or loose a little air pressure. On ET streets I let off the brake and stomp the gas at the same time and work on tire pressure for spinning. Hope thats helpful.

What JC said. You need to brake stall it to just before the tires spin. Once you take off, floor it, you will need to pedal the throttle if you start to spin.

With your setup spend a few $ on some slicks or ET streets.. They will make a HUGE difference in both you 60ft and overall 1/4.. You will be able to stall more and launch with some boost..
