I already have a supercharger, and for about the same amount of money I think the turbo is better for me than the radix, IMO. Lets leave it at that to prevent a hijack, thanks.

whats better, haveing your truck sit around for 4-5 months trying to figue out what you are doing, and counting parts, trying make everything fit. probablly paying everyone else do work on your **** cuz youre a dumbass, or spoiled like you. or just bolt on a radix and be done. i didnt read his signature. i didnt know he had a whipple. just leave it at that and shut the **** up

Such tough words.. Tsk tsk tsk......

I usually find those that talk with such bluster on the internet are usually the first to back down in real confrontation...

Anyway, apparently you have no real advice to give and your attitude sucks Mr. 30 Posts so why don't you go finish your homework so you can graduate the 7th grade this time.

I would be pretty upset about the kit if I had it. Cracked welds...come on thats something that should not happen for like two years even with 304ss. However, the kit has proven itself...13psi at the twist of a ***, pretty sweet!

I just think a better designed kit can be made (which it seems like they are doing)

Where is that one guy who said he was making a turbo kit for the trucks. He said he would be done by now. I know that was vague oh well. Maybe he will read this and know it is him

Cracked welds are commonplace on turbo systems, whether they be 304, 316, 321 etc. The most common cause is getting too hot or too cold too fast, the metal just expands and contracts too fast. It's usually not the weld itself that lets go, it's the metal right next to the weld that was heated during the welding process.

So it seems that so people believe that the quality of the kit leaves something to be desired. I was under the impression that it was a good kit with some fitment issues. Questionable quality also? I dunno know. Maybe hink knows?
