TVS 1900 coolant port AN?

Drill them out. I attached shop air to one side and slowly drilled out the other side so the shavings would blow out as I did it. Then once done checked inside with a fiber scope to make sure no shavings were left behind.

ive done it to 3 different blowers with good results.

yea if that piece is metal just buy some weld on AN fitting and hire a welder. Shouldn't be too much money I guess.

Arthur hooked me up with some bungs welded to the coolant port. Looks killer can't wait to start running all the lines.

How did you remove the intercooler core? The only thing I can see holding it in is some RTV on each corner. I'm surprised how oily it is in here.

You didn’t even have to remove the side plates just unbolt them. Remove the coolant block you had welded and it should come out. Pay attention to the Teflon inserts, don’t lose them and make sure they go back in the right way

You need a catch can bad! There is no way thats not hurting your octane rating

I dont know how the core comes out, but the Purple Power/ Hot Water pressure washer trick we talk about will take mighty fine care of most of that

The IC core, use a tooth brush and degreaser on
