UPD Air Intake Secret
What is the secret to getting in touch with UPD? I'm interested in their product. I have sent 2 emails, left messages on the machine and have gotten no reply. This has been going on for a couple of weeks. 
Heck their message on the machine still tells about being closed in the beginning of August. 
It seems that they make a good product, but their customer service leaves alot to be desired. How can I be sure that I will receive the intake after ordering, if nobody will return a call or email.

try using their site and emailing them. i got quick responses that way. i never had a problem with their product or customer service
