Question UPD install-Need Help

I am trying to install a UPD intake on my 03 Silverado. I can't seem to get the MAF to pull out of the air box lid. I have the clamp completely off and the MAF is really stuck in there. I want to be careful not to damage the screen or anything else when I remove it.

Anyone got any quick suggestions how to remove it?

Thanks in advance.

Never mind, after fighting this thing for 30 minutes, I finally decide to make a quick post, then of course, the thing comes out. Now if I can just get it together without breaking anything....

goodluck getting the UPD tube on the throttle body, use vaseline.

also, it might not align perfectly, the lid-tube, maf, etc.. try lifting the lower airbox a little.

but getting the UPD tube on the throttle body was a PAIN!

Use a little soap or oil and the tube slides right on!
