UPD intake (lid) question..
I have been trying to get in contact with UPD about buying JUST a lid from them. I have e-mailed and got a quote for lid only but have not had any luck going through with the purchase. (This is a sign of poor customer service to me) Should I just forget about trying to buy the lid and move on to a different intake design? I like the design of the UPD intake as it is very similar to the LS1 lids that are so effective on the Camaros and Firebirds. The fault is the tube which I think I have a design that resolves the tube splitting after a short period of time. I do have some other ideas in my head but this was the one I really wanted to experiment with. If you would be willing to give your opinion on the subject it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have a lid that's been kicking around for almost a year now. Hmmm...
I also really like the design of it. I've been looking to rig it up to some home-made tubing, but I just haven't got around to it. I 'may' look to get rid of it.
