Do you consider a blower or nitrous a bolt-on? Thats what it will take. Nothing short of a power adder will get you there.
Well, you could add a realllly high stall, all the bolt ons and some weight reduction. That might make it run low 14s.

yeah look at Blueball. He put a 434 in that firechicken and cant break the double digit mark. I cant wait to put the smack down on that turd this summer.
