The noise on the 918 are not bad, you can here them, but much of the time it is only if you are trying to listen to them. if you have your hood up you can hear them, when it is down you cant tell that much. I think the duals are too much. the 918 are perfect.

here's a thought. how about run the springs vinci recommends. the vhp duals. the problem out there with spring harmonics and valvetrain problems is the mix and match method. my whole thing is you buy a comp cam, you run the springs they say to use. same goes for every manufacturer out there whether it be crane, comp, lunati, etc... they designed the components to work together. then you won't have all these problems out there. valve float, power loss, etc... it only makes sense. and right now vinci has a cam and components GP going on right now.

If i were to get the spring from vinci would they come with everything i would need to run them, or would i need to buy other stuff for them and they are dual springs right.

Yes they should come with everything, including Ti retainers. Check with Vinci when you order, I had to change my valve seals to an earlier type, but since you have a 99 you should be okay.
