Default Valve Springs

I found these LS6 Valve springs on ebay and they are rated for .570 lift. are they really.570 or are they .550? I wanted to know if they would be alright for the TR220 also? Thanks.

I am using them with my tr220, works fine for me, others will probably tell you they are junk, but i know guys that have used them on higher lift cams then that and survive, i have never actually heard of any breaking. I have no float at 6500rpm so id say they are ok.

its on a 112, i never ran the 370 without it so i couldn't tell you about the gain, it pulls nice though and good torque down low.
