There are alot of replies after my last one so this will be a general reply
I run one of these in my '02 HD that has electric throttle control. I'm surprised that 2003Silvyrado had a problem because we're also sold alot to 2003-'04 owners. I'll have to take a look at the TB so check out that hole. I was courious to see how well this would work when it was released. I installed it after work and then went out that night. At one point I was sitting at a red light but not really paying attention. I looked up to see that the light had been green for awhile so I layed into it a little (maybe to about 3000-3500 RPMs). The truck felt better than it usual and then I thought "hey, it really does work!". I wouldn't say that it's like bolting on a set of headers but the throttle response and low end power picked up. That is what this mod is designed to do. It might only show a few horsepower gain in the upper RPMs so it won't help you get a few truck lengths on your friend. My gas mileage also increased by about .6-.7. I drive the same way in the same area so I pretty much know what kind of mileage I'll see. Others have posted higher gains in the past. The price for this is $49.99. Sorry, we can't give away/discount any others. Doesn't hurt to ask though
