Have Corsa on my 99 Sierra and am happy with it. The tips look awesome (dual 3.5) and sounds great too. Kind of costly, but you can't take it with you!

I would say spend the extra money and go with corsa. I had a problem with mine. I contacted them and received a new setup within days. The customer support is awesome. The sound and performance is worth it.

Corsa is probably the best but my Magnaflow is just fine.

Without knowing what your budget is, you can do what GameDawg suggested (which cost me $125 welded up) and get a nice performance and sound boost with the Magnaflow single-in/single-out. I'm really happy with mine, especially with the recent addition of the headers and hi-flo cats!
