Back from the dead....
I've been having the same issue with my '98 5.7L Vortec. I replaced the whole spider injector assembly and got the vibration/noise in my return line. The spider assembly came with a new FPR though. Not sure what course to take next. It is stumbling and misfiring randomly as well. Did you ever figure your problem out OP?

Did anyone figured the solution to this ptoblem?
My 00 Tahoe is doing this same problem, the fuel lines vibrate and make a loud noise! Is driving me nuts. Anyones knows what could the cause?

i honestly never completely figured it out..I re ran the fuel lines from under the truck to the fuel rail and i still get a weird noise every once and a while, just not as bad..Im guessing its something with my fuel rail or fuel pressure regulator but its not bad enough anymore to worry about
