Vic Jr fuel plumbing parts list (returnless system)
I had some questions about what I used on my install and found the receipt this morning. Here it is:
(1) 3 Russell Endura (silver) elbow adapters 3/8 pipe to 6AN... pn RUS-660841
(2) 1 Russell Endura 3/8 pipe to 6AN straight adapter... pn RUS-660461
(3) 1 NOS (brand!) 6AN Y-block... pn NOS17836NOS
(4) 10 ft of 6AN TFE hose (teflon inner, stainless outer)...pn AER-FCC0610
(5) 5 straight fittings for 6AN TFE hose to 6AN female... pn AER-FBM1103
(6) 1 90 degree swivel fitting for 6AN TFE hose to 6 AN female... pn AER-FBM1122
Total for above parts was $176 from Summit.
(7) 1 Russell 3/8 tube adapter to 6AN Female... part number is not legible, cost about $12.
(8) 1 Fuel line repair kit from Napa (this was the 3/8 tube with the pushlok tip) not sure on cost.
Anyway, the above will get it done. You really only need about 6ft of the TFE hose to have pleny for error. I only used about 4 feet myself.

Could you maybe add a note to the side as to what the specific coupler was used for. I pretty much know what I will need but it may help for those that are just beginning to think about the swap

Also note that the above is for a returnless fuel system truck.
For return systems:
Adapting the stock lines to -6 AN
Parts list:
3/8" x 4 3/4" Quick Disconnect "sending unit repair line (NAPA 730-4938)
5/16" x 4 3/4" Quick Disconnect "sending unit repair line (NAPA 730-4937)
3/8 tube to Female -6 AN adaptor (EARLS 165106ERL)
5/16 tube to Female -6 AN adaptor (EARLS 165156ERL)
Tools needed:
Mini Tubing cutter (NAPA service tools 2107)
(2) -6 AN line wrenches
For the fuel rails:
(4) Russell Endura 3/8 pipe to 6AN straight adapter... pn RUS-660461
17" length of -6 AN line
FPR of your choice
(1) 90* -6 AN Male / Male elbow
(1) -6 AN plug
Note that I haven't done final assembly yet and this may change depending on how I like the look of the FPR wedged on the back of one rail... My set up is pretty simple -- both factory lines connect to the rails on the firewall side (one to a straight fitting on the rail, one to the 90* elbow on the bottom of the FPR). The crossover connects to a straight fitting on each rail (which is why it is long -- I wanted to have room to move the hose around depending on how I connected the TB and intake piping).
For return systems:

i run the Aeromotive Fuel Rails on my stock right now but i also run the fuel regulator i also run my fuel in on the driver side rail and i regulat the return side (the pass side)so i never run out of fuel.i think when i put the vick jr intake on i will run both in let line from the back and both return lines out the front and use the Y fitting that u used.

Ran into a spot of trouble with my plan. Once everything is reinstalled, there isn't room to run a straight 3/8 NPT to -6 AN fitting on the front of the DS rail. I also need to rething the rear a bit -- it works, but its cramped and puts funny bends in the stock lines...

17" length of -6 AN line --> to connect the return line to the 90* fitting on the bottom of the FPR
FPR of your choice
(1) 90* -6 AN Male / Male elbow --> connects the FPR to the return line
(1) -6 AN plug --> to cap the other feedport on the FPR.
