Default video - tranny slipping?

Starts off part throttle in 2nd, slowly to WOT, shifts into 3rd, and right after the shift, at about 80mph/4k RPM, there is a noticeable lag. It picks back up at about 85/4500. Slightly uphill road. What is the problem here?

Strange ... the converter should be locking at about that time, but I think there's more to it then just the converter locking.

does it do this when you are in od and mash it to the floor when it drops to 3rd?

Yes, when it downshifts into 3rd at WOT it does it. Haven't tried in OD, it downshifts too easily and to be going WOT at 4k rpm in OD, that would be going pretty fast....my driveshaft (I think its the driveshaft) starts vibrating at around 115.

Sicne 3rd sees the most hp/tq - maybe its the clutch pack slipping? Fuel pressure is fine - but could it be the tune? I'll show it to Allen and see what he says.

I feel dumb asking this, but how can you tell when the converter is locked or not?
