Voltage drop at WOT

Voltage drop at WOT
Weird problem that just started happening. When I got WOT, my voltage will drop down to around 12 or so. Seems like the alternator just stops charging. I never had this problem before the blower, but I can't see how that would cause any issues. Anyone seen anything like this before? As soon as I let off the gas it comes right back up to 14.

Crank is pinned, making plenty of boost. Alt is actually not brand new, it's an OEM reman. Talked to Dewey and he said that bad voltage regulators are common problems on 99-02 trucks, might see if I can get a different alt to try instead. Any other ideas?

I experienced this kinda problem 1 time on a N/A 4.3 that was swapped into a Zuki Samurai. The person who did the original swap put the wrong belt on it and the tension was super tight and at higher rpms the voltages dropped, this also caused premature wear on the alternator and it was starting to lock down.
Dont know if this helps. But throwing it out there.

EDIT: About belt slip. Boost is good (if i read correct before) so if it was slipping, the boost would drop to wouldn't you think?
