Default Vortec 5.7 head gasket

I'm swapping out one of these for a friend of mine this weekend... and want to have all my bases covered... tq specs, special tools, anything I should be especially careful of?? I have built a few of these motors but its been a damn long time since I've been in an older 5.7 motor... anything I should watch out for???

start from the center and torque down the bolts in a clockwise direction.
