Default Vortec 5300 V8 Flex-Fuel

Im in the process of buying another vehicle. I found this nice 03 Yukon with the "Vortec 5300 V8 Flex-Fuel"? Whats the diffrence from the old 5.3L vortec engine. Just curious would like to know what the diff is if there is one. Thanks guys, in advance.

"Flex-Fuel" engines can run on gasoline with up to 85% alcohol content by volumn (aka-flex-fuel).......it is primarily used in South America where the supply of alcohol is naturally greater due to higher sugar production

how much extra power would gasoline with 85% alcohol give you?
