I am running a set of LPPS, and I reused my stock gaskets with no issue. The clamps that come with them are junk, I went to my local parts store and got some wide stainless band clamps for around $10 each and they work great.

Didn't have to, but i wanted better clamps than the u-clamps that came with them. A trip to the local carquest got me 4 preformed band clamps for about 10 bucks each. I also ended up using the stock hardware to bolt them to the heads. The provided hardware is low-grade, and about 5mm too long from what i saw. The stock ones worked perfectly, and if i had to do it again, i would have used a set of stock style gaskets, since the factory gaskets are MLS and won't have the 'blowing out' problem that typical header gaskets have. I actually used my usual copper RTV method, but i didn't go back and retorque the bolts for about 1500 miles so ive got a few leaks now. Eventually i will pull them and put a set of factory gaskets on instead.

im running pacesetter ceramic coated. the fit was great. only issue i had was that the stock plugs hit the headers and it started to melt the boot. so i got some 10.4mm taylor wires, and they work great. NO CATS!! custom y-pipe to a QTP elec cut off, then 3'' in to 2x2.5" outlet Borla. I think its a good set up. I just flip the switch and its either nice and quiet or crazy loud!!

I have LPPs and I love them. Great quality and welds. They did hit on my front drive shaft, but if you have a 2wd that shouldnt matter. They are 1 3/4 primaries, which I was told is to big for low down torque. I believe this because I did not gain anything down low but did gain some in the middle and top end. I have not gotten a retune yet either, so im hoping after that they will really come to life.
I reused my 40 series with no cats and it did not get any louder, it did get a loud rasp at high RPM because I dont have a cat, but it doesnt bother me.
I ordered some band clamps from jegs and a cutout. The cutout open sounds amazing!!! I love it so much I have only closed it once since I have had my headers on, about one month.

Here are some pics:
