Wanna do ls1 or ls3 swap in my silverado...

Well i have a 2000 Silverado with the 5.3l in it and i've decided i wanna build my truck a lil bit. i'd like to do a ls1 or ls3 swap... any advice on where to start, where to get parts, or shortcuts to save money... Thanks

Welcome 2 pt.net. Get a longblock lqx (6.0) , cam it and drop it in and get a tune.

yea you can make just as much/or more hp with a 6.0 than trying to hunt down an ls1.
