i wish i could hear the lope on your beast. Whats the highest stall that keeps the lockup feature? 612, that would probibly put the valve through the piston with my heads. I want to get long tubes, but they are so expensive.$700 and up mostly. Coated for a f-body are only $350.
Should i switch to all 3" dual pipe? Are there any better flowing intakes for trucks?

I am using 02' Z06 springs hense my lower lift. Otherwise I would have got the Comp 918s
We used ait one time to keep the lifters pumped. The 2nd time I wasn't paying attention to what he used. LOL

If you want a radical cam ... check out the Grand Am Cup cam. It's something like 243/251 on a 106 lsa. It had a really nice idle sound to it. Do a search in the internal engine section for it. Someone put one in a vette and it sounded real good.

I just heard a sound clip of the 231/237 and DAMN! That thing sound BAD. It was in a firebird. Anyone ever heard the idle on a 218/229 .560 ? I cant seem to find a clip for that one.
