I wonder how a camaro would stand up to an OBS RCSB N/A 5.3/4L60E w/ race weight of just under 4000#s.... Hmmm.... Time will tell.

What are you doing to shave 400lbs off your truck? Sounds like this guy could benifit from that! I know I could.

haha i like ur idea man. im with u on that. looks like off goes the tailgate and time to workout so i can lose some weight haa. nah but i figured i would get walked on but i hope with nitrous i could take em. i swear weight differences suck ***. how abouts would i stand vs a lightning right now off bottle and on?

My 4.8 is good for 15 flat NA (perhaps high 14's with good track conditions) and in the 13's with nitrous.

The Camaro should walk on you with out the nitrous. Your truck should be somewhere in 14's off gas. With a 100 shot you should shave some where around 1 second off your ET.
----Ok so let me get this straight...your stock 4.8 with good track conditions could run high 14's but you say my 6.0L WITH MODS will only hit 14 somethin? hmm a little fishy to me.---

you should take a 6spd ls1 till about 50 with 4.10s but once he hits third your gona get owned,
in a a4 i would say it would be pretty even at first then you would get owned,

lightning, if it doesnt have the clear tail lights, 00 and older i think it should be a good race, if its 01 and up he will pull you good in 2nd gear.
on the gas, you would have fun beating the L's at least and good runs with the Ls1's

My ECSB with 100 dry shot (home built kit 100rwhp) ran a 13.4x with bolt on's, which is stock F-body (if there is such a thing) territory. Stock RCSB's around here are running 14.5 - 15-2's....long story short, without the nitrous, dream....with the nitrous....hope.
