Default Weird electrical glitch

So this just happened today... I turned the key to the run position and the the chiming didn't happen. Turned it off and on again a few times and still no chiming. So I started it up and started driving and the low coolant light came on after about 10 seconds. There was plenty of coolant. Drove about 5 minutes to the store, came back out and everything is working again. Chimes, no low coolant light, everything's good.

Any idea what this could be?
