Tiger, I was actually talking with someone out at GM about that and they mentioned there was a couple of SS"s out there that had superchargers on them. The guy I was tlaking to didn't know anything passed that though, but said it kinda jumped in your face when the hood went up.
I think you should get them to come. I wanna see the pigs run!
About the trans place, I went and got some parts for my 60e there a while back and ran them. They do sell good parts, but I'm sure you can get those same parts somewhere else.
They had a 'test truck' that was a blown alcohol pro stock type ride. I saw them take it out to the track at Hallsville once. It ran strong, but nearly ended up in the wall. He couldn't hook for nothing.

Say you paid to have an all-forged motor built to handle 800HP. Then, let's say the builder left a STOCK crank in there (and charged you for it) and, of course, it broke destroying everything else with it, and say the motor broke making only 500HP.
Same situation.
They ripped you off and now want you to let them rip you off some more.
At this point you should not want their merchandise because having it may tend to perpetuate the relationship with them. If they are forced to build you a new transmission you can bet from their attitude it will be even more sub-standard than the last one. Have your lawer demand a full refund.

i have spoken to a lawyer. he said theta they are only responsible for the part that was not in there. and that it cannot be proven that the planataries caused the failure. i will try others but it is going to be hard to do. especially since i cant afford a damn thing right now.
