Mine came off with the same treatment only I used a rubber mallet on the Crescent wrench. It came loose after the second hit. Mine's in the rafters of my garage if you're interested in it. I have no clue what it's worth and I'm guessing shipping won't be dirt cheap since it's got a little weight behind it. It was on the truck for no more than 15k miles.

I used the cloths hanger method, to keep it from turning, a big wrench and hammer. It was a bitch but got it... You will def need the fan, or it will heat up on you... HEAT IS YOUR FRIEND, ALONG WITH A VISE NOW.

I had the same issue, so I pulled the back cover off the pump, and welded a piece of flat steel long enough to keep it from spinning to the back of the impeller. Came off with no issues after that.

I used a strap wrench on the pulley and a big *** wrench on the nut and cranked like a ****. Of course, when it broke loose the wrench slipped and my fist landed in my nose.

take a blue wrench to it then get on it with the big *** crescent.

i sprayed mine with some pb blaster and used a big cresent and jus smacked the hell out of it with a 5lb sledge a few times and it broke loose.
