id do the mods in this order

mailorder tune or dyno tune if available
cat back exhaust
long tube headers w/ off road ypipe
cold air intake
electric fans
underdrive pulleys
6.0L swap w/ a cam and valve train
fuel injectors and fuel pump
p&p heads
intake manifold or supercharger or turbo
nitrous

For a daily driver with a little pep in its step i'd recommend a nice sounding exhaust, intake w/ tube, and a tune for the first few mods.. After that maybe headers, stall and cam with new valve springs of course, throw a ported ls6 oil pump in the mix for the cam and you'll be putting down great #'s.. I think being an 06 you'll have electric fans already btw.

I'd start with spelling/grammar.
WHERE = the here and there one :p

I'd go with a tune and full length headers first. depending on how far you want to go with it, it may or may not be worth a tuner instead of tune.

you have roller rockers from the factory

gibson headers are no better than the stock manifolds, unless they came out with a long tube setup

get some pacesetter headers and a pacesetter offroad ypipe

then order a tune

oh and i forgot to add to the list a built trans, stall, gears and a lsd

they're really all the same. pick the one that best suits your budget, and the one that you think looks the best.

I like the Volant one because it still uses a box, not open element.
