I'm learning to tune also.

The forums have been a big help but actually watching someone using the software as they explain what they're doing has really opened my mind to understanding tuning even more. Kyle from "Goat Rope Garage" has a lot of Youtube how to videos, live Youtube question & BS sessions 8:00 PM on Thursdays, one on one tune assistance Skype or by e-mail (patreon)

He mentioned last week about doing some EFI Live stuff, but he's mainly HP Tuners GM Gen III, IV and V stuff.
