5.3 = 325 ci
325ci x 6500 rpm/2 = 1056250 ci/min = 611 cfm
that's at 100% efficiency, which no NA engine is.
say 90% nets 550cfm

Which, as a side point, is I believe right about what the stock catalytic converters flow (580 CFM if I remember correctly) meaning upgrading to hi-flows would be a waste of money in many cases...
