I also don't think its far fetched to get 100 HP from headers, cam and tune coming off a bone stock truck. Of course it depends which cam you go with and how aggressive it is though.

What year is your denali? Is it a flex fuel truck? Do you run flex fuel? Typical upgrades that are done along with cam and headers would be a looser stall converter to help make up for the loss of low end power, and fuel upgrades. Maybe think about replacing your muffler and putting a different air intake on there while you're at it.
Chuck is actually pretty well known. He does a great job.

chuck is very well known in the houston area. i have never known anyone who has had problems with him.
