I think you can hit 14's if you mount a set of smaller wheels and tires on your truck. I assume you have those heavy 20" GM wheels since your truck is a Vortec MAX. Try finding some GM 17" wheels with tires that are less than 30" in height.

I actually have the crap 17 inch aluminum wheels on the truck. They came with 265/70/17 tires. I am soon to have a set of 3 piece forged 22s though on a 305/40/22

IMO, if you are looking to go fast, 22s are an enemy. Those 17s are a LOT lighter.

Wait, fast is too general of a word. 22s will make your ACCELERATION go down the toilet.

I dont really want to go fast persay, but id like my truck to be quick. It will for sure be quicker than my last ex cab silverado 5.3 on 35x12.50x20s... right?

Id like my truck to be in the 14s with bolt ons...

why not get a custom tune instead of the predator??

by the way the same guy that ran 13.5 in his 5.3 cc n/a, ran a 12.8 on a 100shot!!
