Default What gear oil should I be running?

I was hoping someone could tell me the best gear oil to run in my truck. Richmond 4.10 gears with an Eaton Limited Slip. The card that came with the posi says to put in a mineral based 80W90 gear oil with 4 oz of limited slip additive.

Would that be my best bet or is that just BS? I see in the product descriptions of synthetic gear oils like Redline or Royal Purple that they are recommended for use with posi-equipped rearends. I'd like to get some informed advice before I buy some though. Thanks.
