My truck is a 91' GMC ext cab sierra 2wd. back halfed with a 8pt roll bar. I was wondering if anyone knew what headers will fit this truck. I'm building a big hp sb and can only find a 1 3/4" headers which i currentyl have. I've heard a chevelle header will fit but i don't really want to buy a set to see. Worst case i'll just have to built a set. Thanks

Chevelle headers work in my 82 chevy pickup with a bbc so they should work with a sbc application

Hooker SuperComp 2806-hkr or 2806-1hkr
They are the supercomp series with 1 3/4" primaries a 3" collectors and have tuned primary lengths. I havent seen a better header for the GMT 400-88-98 trucks.

Stainless steel works has 1 7/8" SBC headers out now for the 88-98 chevrolet trucks.
