just treat it like a heavy FBody. Thats basically what we are...lols
I have the patriot LS6's, z06 cam, 1.85 rockers, intake, and full exhaust and like how it runs now.
Transmission is next, along with a converter.
I would put some 4.10s if you plan on keeping those 22's.

Yes, parts are interchangable. The ls6 cam is a nice cheap upgrade, will make a power difference.. I wouldn't go putting the ls6 heads on the 4.8 unless you have them milled to bring the comp up on your engine.. Like stated, a tune is going to be the best bang.. But you really should ditch the shortys and get some long tubes on there. If you have some money to spend I would invest in some gears and a posi unit... Between them few mods, you should bust your friend pretty good. Also the big rims are killing you..
