Something like 224/230, .590/.595 on 115 or 116 LSA would give you decent numbers with near stock idle and driveability, and work well with the 6.2...to really guarantee the power you're looking for, give the heads some mild porting while you have them off to match the lift the cam will give you.

how bout this livernois cam? its the stage 1C cam, numbers are 218/229 .600/.600 with a 117.5 LSA... anybody used this cam or think this would be good for what i want? theres a video of a G8 GXP on youtube with there whole setup and you cant really tell its even got a cam in it and that exactly what im lookn for!

That cam looks about perfect with the considerations you have; to keep idle and driveability near stock you want to limit overlap, and having a wide LSA like that cam has would keep overlap down...would also be easier to tune. Best of luck if you go that route
