Default What mods do I need to hang with stock 2010 SRT8 Cherokee?

My Sister and brother inlaw picked up a 2010 SRT8 Cherokee. HOLY CRAP DOES IT GO! Felt like a go cart compared to my 5.3 lifted yukon i previously owned. I want to hang with him in a drag with my Denali? Hope I don't have to go forced Induction! What do I need?

does the yukon denalis come with 6.2s? if yours does then intake headers exhaust stall and tune and you should be right there.

Yep its a 6.2, but heavy! Specs? Basically a stock denali with parts coming (sig). My budget is about $4000 after ordered parts in sig. I can install all parts.

The Denali XL is heavy, its basically like a 6.2 Suburban. I would say you are going to need some form of Forced Induction, or nitrous.

FBO = full bolt on

Sorry to say, but a FBO 6.2 Denali XL is not gonna get the job done. You'll need a power adder of some type. Pick your poison.
