Smoke_ur_5.0 ran 320rwhp with
Pulley
Tuning
Cam
Cut outs
Intake

Add the cylinder heads and i bet you could be close to your 350rwhp goal. I'd go buy some nice long tube headers like AS&M and i bet you'd hit 350 with no worries.
