Don't waste your money on the rockers, and you probably already need bigger injectors honestly. Just on my 5.3 and a cam, I had maxed out the stockers.

Anything over 90% duty cycle, I would run a larger injector.

well i dont want to swap the cam and the rockers will put the lift to where i want it. i got a killer killer deal on the cam, so between buying the rockers and the cam it was still cheaper than buying a new cam or even alot of used ones. anyone have any 8.1's for sale?? or has onyone used these remans?

also do they just plug right in with factory harness and rails? or do i need to change the connectors?

It's been proven that the stock rocker arms are lighter, and produce less resistance. Plus if you stock heads, you won't notice a gain with the increased lift, or at least enough to warrant the swap.

The 8.1l injectors you have listed should flow better than stock 5.3l injectors IIRC, but the 8.1l injectors you hear everybody talking about on this site are 8.1l Marine injectors off a marine big block motor. They flow at 42lbs. Yea, they may be a little bigger than you necessarily need, but that leaves room for growth later. You can find a used set of the 8.1l Marine injectors on here for $200-$250 usually. And with those injectors, if you ever decide to de-mod your truck or just decide that you don't need them anymore, you will still be able to get at least $200 for them pretty easily. If you buy the ones your looking for, that probably flow in the mid 30lb range, your gonna have a fun time getting you money back out of them down the road because not many people use them.
