Default What should i do next?

Performance wise, I have a K&N FIPK2 intake, descreened MAF sensor and flowmaster 40 series exhaust. Anyone have any idea on what other mods would be good to get? I will be lifting my truck here inthe next couple weeks and would like to keep as much power as i can.

custom tune (Wester's or Nelson's), gears will help you keep the power you already have

Research both companies and choose what works for you. I really like my Wester's. Nelson's is cheaper but he doesn't offer a full credit towards a new PCM if you ever changed vehicles (someone posted that he does but it's not listed on his site). Wester's does
