What single spring for .580 lift is everyone using these days?

I like those specs also, and have considered just about the same thing...keep going back and forth between the 220/224 and 224/2xx. TrickFlow has a similar cam that is 220/224 .575/.575 112....not sure about the advance (I think it's either +2 or +4). What converter and gears are you going to run?

*EDIT* I'm planning about 10.6:1 SCR...
