Yes, all 6.0L have the 34" radiator

Yes, those eBay LS1 fans will work.

I believe just little brackets for the LS1 fans, Very easy stuff. and the wiring harness.

Any 6.0 has the 34"
And any 2005 1500 with Electric fans has the 34" rad.
