What type of oil does everyone use?

Mobil1 10w-30 synthetic...currently using ACDelco PF-59 filters until I run out (they've been discontinued, think I have 1 left). At that point I'll switch to whatever AC Delco is offering in a UPF, or possibly a Wix.

What the cam manufacturers are concerned about are the new API SM oils which lack some of the anti-wear additives that were thought to be crucial to cam wear. This is a major concern with FLAT TAPPET cams but since we are using ROLLER LIFTERS this is not something to be concerned with.
Now if you were running a flat tappet I would suggest running a diesel engine oil or even better, motorcycle oil.
Whether an oil is synthetic or conventional plays no roll in the Comp Cams concerns, it is the additive package that they watch for.

Oh yeah, to answer the question.
I run AMSOIL TSO Series 2000 0w-30 and an AMSOIL EaO64 oil filter. One change per year.
